Mana Urakami (Japan)

Mana Urakami, born in Hiroshima, Japan, in 1983, is an artist currently based in Berlin, Germany, where she has lived since 2015. She studied documentary photography at the Visual Art Technical College in Osaka, graduating in 2002.

Her professional experience includes working at Daikanyama Studio in Tokyo from 2004 to 2010, where she was involved in video and photographic projects, and managing the studio and event venue Soulplanet from 2011 to 2013.

Mana has showcased her work in various exhibitions, including a solo exhibition at PODEWIL in Berlin in 2019 and group exhibitions such as the Berlin Art Week event at COMMON GROUND and the Ramboya Inauguration & Exhibition in 2018. In addition to her exhibition history, she participated in the KUBO SHOW online art fair in 2023 and was a featured artist in the 2019 edition.

Yuko Saico (Japan)

Yuko Saico (Yuko Saito) is an artist from Osaka, Japan. She began her creative journey as an exchange student in Malaysia and earned her BFA and MFA in the USA, attending Oklahoma State University and Bowling Green State University, where she also taught college students. After completing her MFA, she spent a year in New York City to develop her art career but has worked as a gardener in Japan for the past several decades. Yuko’s diverse experiences and travels inspire her paintings, which reflect her unique life journey. She has received certificates of artistic merit from the Luxembourg Art Prize in 2020, 2021, and 2023, and has participated in group exhibitions across the United States and Italy.
