Space A, an interdisciplinary art initiative, was established in 2008 with the collaboration of Visual Artists, Interior Designers, Jewelry Designers, Musicians, and Writers, aimed at fostering interdisciplinary art practices in Nepal. This diverse amalgamation sparks myriad magnificent ideas. It operates as an autonomous non-governmental organization, dedicated to creating a robust platform for critical analysis, reflective dialogue, open discourse, information sharing, collaborations, and interactive communication. Its primary objective is to enrich contemporary art practices through research, discursive events, exhibitions, educational initiatives, and residency programs.
Central to Space A’s mission is the cultivation and promotion of budding artistic talent in Nepal. The Space A Fellowship ’25 stands as two months-long Artist in Residency program, specifically designed for young Nepalese artists under the age of 30, providing a nurturing and inspiring environment for their creative expressions to flourish. This year, we have the privilege of selecting 2 artists, presenting an invaluable opportunity for emerging Nepalese talents to deeply explore their artistic odyssey.

Application Requirements:
